The products are delivered by fast courier only on the territory of Romania, to the address mentioned in the online order form or communicated by phone.

 

The products will be delivered via express courier companies within a maximum of 5 working days from the confirmation of the transmission of the order by our operator, anywhere in Romania, only addresses for which the delivery does not require additional costs are accepted. If the delivery address is not within the courier company’s coverage area, additional costs will be charged.

 

The standard transport cost is 20 lei (VAT included) for products that do not exceed one KG, and for products that exceed this weight, an additional cost of 3.5 lei/KG (VAT included) will be charged.

**La alegere, buchetele pot fi insotite de o cartolina cu un mesaj personalizat – doar spune-ne care este mesajul dorit.
***Livrarea este gratuita in Baia Mare.
****Dupa ce plasezi comanda un coleg din echipa The Tulip and The Rose Shop te va contacta telefonic pentru a confirma si a prelua eventuale alte detalii necesare. Te rugam sa completezi la rubrica Telefon nr. persoanei care da comanda, iar la rubrica `Note de comanda` si numarul de telefon al destinatarului, pentru a fi contactat la livrare.
